What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?

Photo I.D. 

What are the income and credit qualifications?

Gross monthly income must equal 3 times the monthly rent. Credit score 625 or higher.

What is acceptable "proof of income" to sign a lease?

Two recent paystubs, current tax form (if self employed), offer letter for new employment.

What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?

Both parties must qualify for application to be approved.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?

Yes, as long as there is no damage to unit and proper notice to vacate has been given.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

Yes, must be a transfer with current employer, not a new offer. There will be a lease breaker fee and forfeiture of security deposit.

How long is the term of the lease?

One year.

Do you accept leases for short terms?

No.

Am I required to have renters' insurance?

Yes

Do you offer furnished apartments?

No

Do you offer corporate apartments?
